We knew the place was under construction, but we were there for 2 days, room was not cleaned and no fresh towels during our stay. Laundry facilities on site, only half the machines were working and I was told they were operated by a third party, regardless, you should notify them when they don’t work.

Suited our Needs!

The Charlottetown Conference Centre was perfectly suited to attending our show Anne & Gilbert, The Musical. It was centrally located and near to downtown. Clean but allot of summer/renovation work taking place. Included breakfast was good and overall this location met our needs. We would return in the future.

I would say they are able to accept guests based on their location but it's not Canadian standard accommodations and they would do best shutting it all down and tearing it down or doing a massive overhaul. they seem to be taking their sweet time perhaps they have permission? I wouldn't recommend it to my dog.

Although the property is undergoing a renovation it was quiet, the hallways and entrance way were safe and tidy. The breakfast staff were very friendly and kept the room nice and clean.
