The property is under renovation but was clean and well-maintained in spite of this. Staff was fantastic especially the breakfast ladies. Room was newly renovated and clean. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Towels were large and soft. Bed and pillows were comfy. Only down side was the air conditionong did not get very cold. Hotel located in beautiful area.

Very disappointed in this Best Western.

Hotel under construction including pool. Website did not alert us to these conditions. Room smelled mildewy. Only slim blinds on window. No curtains with bright light outside of window. Room was light all night. Large portion of small parking lot taken up by railway containers. Front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we left the next morning and tried to say goodbye to her. Broken light fixture in breakfast area. The only bright spot in this stay was the breakfast attendant. She was very attentive and nice.

Checking in was easy, the employee was very courteous and I praise her for trying her best. Unfortunately the deadbolt on my door didn't work, couldn't lock it without the soul employee trying to best to fix the situation, the place was booked up so she didn't have another room to offer me. She had to take the plate off of the door frame for the deadbolt to work. The exit sign hanging from the ceiling by the wires was not very reassuring either, which was new from last week.

The hotel is being remodeled so don't expect the pool to be functioning as it was closed. The parking in front was limited due to vehicles and storage for the remodel. Our room had a hole in the ceiling waiting for a vent in the bathroom. We had a room that hadn't been remodeled yet. Disappointed in this pick.
