Really liked the staff, from parking attendant to the front desk personnel. The hotel was very clean and updated. The parking was not the easiest. Used the valet service and they very professional and courteous. The over all experience was very delightful. Would stay there again

First of all, Edward was the most helpful person I have met. He knew that I did not know what I was doing and he walked me through step by step and then gave me a glass of Champaign. The room service, I ordered a cheeseburger and it was as good as it gets. 100% on the entire visit.

We loved this hotel! It was a beautiful experience. They did a great job of the restoration and keeping the historical charm. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Chattanooga. The staff was wonderful, very affordable and the restaurant was amazing. 10 out of 10❤️❤️❤️

Hotel has a nice vibe overall. The style is a good mix of vintage and modern. The room itself was adequate and nicely furnished. Nothing special. The TV system is severely outdated offering only cable channels and Showtime. Starbucks next door was good. Super expensive forced valet was not great, but expected.
