Property was rundown. Holes in sheet rock, doors coming apart, musty smell in rooms.
Mold, growing on the outside of the building. Very slow elevator.
Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM, spent 20 minutes calling the front desk while standing at the front desk trying to find a person to check us in. Tried calling comfort suites directly, and they said it wasn’t their problem!
Upon my arrival the room that I had reserved was not the room that I was given with no compensation offered, however, they did tell me that I could upgrade to the room that I have reserved for an additional charge. Finally, after getting into the room that I originally reserved. Add an extra cost, the hot tub did not work. There was plaster falling off of the walls, and the tub itself was cracked. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet was running the telephone did not work.
Traveled with my dog, but who knew it would be almost an extra $45 ??? That was a bit expensive and I would have chosen differently if that was advertised. Most hotels are $20 or less for him. Over $160 for a short night in an average hotel. Nothing special about this place, it was nice, but no better than most others.
I left my medicine there and instead of them calling to let me know, they just throw it in the trash. Other than that, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. We booked a room with a hot tub and was told when we got there that they didn't have any available. So she gave us a room with a bath at least.
