HATED THIS HOTEL AND UNFRIENDLY STAFF - NOT TO MENTION THE LACK OF BASIC NECESSITIES SUCH AS A PLUG IN CORD FOR MY PHONE CHARGER - NOT TO MENTION THERE WAS NOBODY TO BRING IN MY BAGS….THEY HAVE NO BELLBOY AND CONSIDER THEMSELVES A LUXURY HOTEL - NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND THIS IS MORE LIKE A 2 STAR HOTEL - OF COUSE THE SAUNA DIDN’T EVEN WORK AND I WAS CHARGED $100 BECAUSE I TRIED TO TIDY UP THE ROOM SO THE CLEANING LADY WOULD NOT HAVE TO WORK SO MUCH - I HAVE BEEN TO MANY LUXURY HOTELS IN CHICAGO AND ALTHOUGH THIS PLACE IS ADVERTISED AS A 4 STAR HOTEL IT IS MORE LIKE A 2 STAR MOTEL VIBES ONCE YOU ACTUALLY GET INSIDE… DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!!!!!
