Hair everywhere!

Upon inspection of room, we found a lot of human and pet hair under the pillow and on the sheets I also found here on the bathroom sink and toilet. Obviously, the room had never been cleaned. I advised the front desk and they gave us another room.

Great place to stay for the Navy graduation. Rooms were clean and customer service was great. Just check your fridge temp. I think they would've replace if asked. Room 431! No bedbugs were encountered, so great for me 😊 The pool was also very nice and warm.

Carpet and shades

Everything was great…the hallway and elevator area carpet looked like it needed to be stretched or replaced…the later is more likely. In our room the shades wouldn’t close. I had asked for them too fix it and they said they would come to the room to do so…but it didn’t work when we tried the cord.
