Good Stay, Difficult Valet

Valet service was underwhelming, they were either not around or off the clock often and they ended up parking my car on the street outside overnight for our 7AM departure. For $100 extra a night, the valet was really not worth it. I recommend staying here if you do not bring a car. The rooms are clean and spacious, the carpets and furnishings are modern and have recently been replaced in some areas. The hallways are a bit loud but otherwise the rooms were quiet. We were upgraded to a larger suite, but it was still quite small (to be expected downtown).

Nice art focused hotel near Michigan avenue though it feels a bit worn. Breakfast menu at LURE very meager and costly for the place. Very small elevators and slow to get to rooms. Limited small work out space in basement kind of gloomy. It feels less like a 21c brand hotel than others

Stay was ok. I found the street noise too much at times. Also please add ice buckets to the room. The refrigerator was warm and I asked for ice and just received a bag. What was I to do with that. It melted in the warm refrigerator and made a mess
