Staff was great! The place is a bit outdated, think nursing home smell when you walk in. Pool/Hot Tub reason why we booked was nice except there was a fully naked man in the hot tub! Kids were everywhere and he didn't care I wish staff would've told him to leave instead we quickly got a refund literally the same day. unfortunate but overall the hotel outdated great location good hot tub and pool minus the man.lol

The hot tub felt great! The pool was very clean. Breakfast buffet was a great plus! The king size bed was very comfortable and all of the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff were very generous. However, the hotel itself is dated and overdue for a renovation. Vinyl flooring fir the roo.s is a poor option, especially if you track in snow and makes floor wet. Great breakfast when me and my wife were there.

Stay at this hotel for a New Year Eve,, left the a mini skirt behind. Call costumer service twice , talk to them , they took all my info and I never heard back from them. I do not recommend this hotel if the guests are not they priority.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Needed a first floor room for my mom due to the elevator being worked on amd they followed through. Breakfast was great and they rotated the options daily. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Stayed seven days celebrating Christmas and then celebrating our first grandchild being born. Plan on staying regularly as we return to spend time with our son, his wife and our grandchild.

Was put next to a room undergoing maintenance or renovations, woken by frequent drilling in the morning. Couldn't tell housekeeping was knocking on the door because it didn't sound different than the noises we were already hearing. While everything was clean enough it felt dark, like the decades of operation have accumulated on the walls and floors and furniture. microwave plate tried to spin but couldn't. bed was comfy and water was hot
