One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The views are amazing!!!! The staff was so accommodating. When the elevators were down they gave us late checkout which gave us an extra 3 hours to tour Chicago! I beleive staying on the pier gives you the best possible experience. When staying downtown you typically only stay within those quarters. The pier allowed us to experience lake side and city life!
