I STAY IN CHICAGO ALL THE TIME FOR WORK EVENTS AND IN ALL MY YEARS HAD NEVER STAYED HERE. IT WAS AWESOME. ROOMS WERE GREAT AND MODERN WITH GREAT VIEWS OF LAKE AND CITY FROM OUR ROOM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have stayed here twice. The rooms are nice. However, both times, in 2017 and in 2025, both times the stay was impacted by non working elevators. I almost missed my flight the first time, so I remembered there had been an issue. To come back 8 years later to have the same issue, is a no go for me for next time.
