Room was mostly clean but there were signs of wear, stains in the carpet, and a vape from a previous guest was in the futon when we went to use it for our son to sleep on. Room we purchased said it had a double for the 3rd person to sleep on. It ended up being a Les than twin size futon that did not pullout and there were no linens for it in the room. We were given linens when we asked though. Staff were friendly and room was spacious.

We had a terrible time with screwed up reservations. We wanted to split the cost of the room, which we could not do. Our room carpet was soppy wet from the bathroom on our into the hall. The front desk check in staff were difficult. The breakfast staff and bar staff were stellar!!

Atrium lobby is very impressive. Staff were all great. Room was in bad need of renovation - very dated (70s maybe?) and we had two maintenance issues - bathroom door handle came off and the bottom dresser drawer front came off when we tried to open the drawer. Bed was nice and the pillows were great. Couch and toilet were way too low, especially for someone with lower back issues. Be prepared to pay $34/night to have your car parked or you can drive down the street and around the corner to a garage ($5 in, $5 out) and walk back.
