The room was outdated rust on the bathtubs. They did not mention anything about the demolition of the building next door and I woke up to a sound of jackhammer. Had I known this I wouldn't choose this location. When I told the front desk that it would be a good idea to let people know about construction in advance. They rudely dismissed me.

We had issues with this facility from the moment we walked in. The rooms had damaged furniture, water stains, mold. ALS was insulted by the staff several times. We were told we couldn’t even have water on the main floor even for someone who was diabetic. Was also accused of my child being an alcoholic by front desk.

No staff in sight besides one person at front desk and sometimes no one at all. Felt unsafe coming in and out of hotel. Room smelled. Carpet had stains. Very dated decor. Door deadbolt and latch did not work properly. No one ever brought extra towels despite request. Only two towels provided initially. Guests shouting in common areas at 6am. Early morning construction work across the street both Saturday and Sunday mornings w no notice from hotel. Bar closed early. Limited snacks and drinks available in lobby. Very unsatisfactory stay.

The staff was fantastic. Kind, helpful and courteous. The room was ok. Very dated, rusting bathtub and tape holding the curtains together. Wallpaper is visibly peeling from the walls. The bed was comfortable. The entire lobby was absolutely freezing! What could have been a wonderful socializing area was unused due to the cold. I saw people with full winter jackets on at breakfast. Most ice machines didn’t work on the floors. The sauna would not heat up, I tried for 20 minutes. I did ask for a refund after ordering a yogurt breakfast. $14 for a teeny bit of cut fruit tossed in a to go box with an expired store-bought yogurt. Per the website I had partially booked this room due to needing a buffet breakfast as we were in for a sports competition.

The rooms and the hotel are both outdated. The door to the room barely closed, we had to use force, the fridge didn't work, the toilet stayed running, there was a a blood stain in one of the beds, the heat went out in the room.. however the staff was great It's a hotel , but nothing great to write home to momma about

bathtub flooded the room. The wallpaper is coming off the walls when I notified the staff about the bathtub. They wanted me to move rooms at 10 o’clock at night with my daughter already asleep never wants to ask if they could comp anything or how they could help or whatever they’re like OK we’ll put in a service request.

Room was dirty!! Needs an update and a good deep clean. Dirty bedding, food left in refrigerator, tv didn't work, stained furniture, decor and carpet. We like to stay at wyndham when we travel but we will not be back at this particular location

Staff was fine. Definitely needs an update and a good deep clean. Food in the refrigerator, stained furniture and floor, tv in bedroom would not consistently work. Dirty bedding. Extreme disappointed in this stay at Wyndham

Check-in was quick. Room was clean. But it’s an older hotel. The mattresses swooped in the middle showing its age. The flors of the pool and hot tub were worn down so much that at first glance looked dirty. I’m sure they were fine but my kid didn’t want to get in. Sound easily carries through the halls and rooms with adjoining doors.
