The reason I gave a 3 ratio because they forgot to clean the room. They did offer clean towels and points. But since we reserved with Expedia that did not work. Also , there were no healthy options for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated how the staff did not start putting the breakfast food away on time. They waited about 15 minutes before clearing up. A staff member even asked me if i wanted anything else before they started doing so. My room was lovely.

Adjacent to NYS Thruway so road noise was a problem in evening. Unfortunately our room had two issues; a) bathroom light & fan fixture was extremely loud needing replacing, b) ceiling light fixture was out so unable to see coffee machine and surrounding area.
