The overall stay was good but when we went to take our showers the body wash ran out before we all had a shower and shampoo ran out fortunately we had brought some with us in case so when i checked out this morning i let the front desk know and also i was disappointed that with the price of the room that breakfast was not included

Professional, friendly service. Location was right in the heart of shopping, restaurants and right off the turnpike. Felt safe and secure. Our room was very clean with numerous amenities. Will look for another Wyndham Hotel in our travels. The price was right. Great value!

Clean and spacious

Everything was absolutely perfect. We're a family of four with 2 kids and cleanliness is one of our most important features that we look for. The hotel was clean and spacious!

Ridiculously priced standard fare hotel breakfast

Everything was clean and comfortable. However I we did not like having to pay for breakfast ($15.00 each!) even though we did not eat that much. Have never had to pay for breakfast anywhere else we've stayed. Either don't serve breakfast or make it free for hotel guests!! We come up several times a year, but won't be staying here again.

Our room was dirty. The carpets had stains everywhere. The door wouldn’t latch without pulling it. The bathroom was moldy and tiles wobbly. The toilet ran every 20 minutes. The exterior of the hotel was nice but the rooms need some serious deep cleaning to stay competitive

The cleaning service was almost non-existent, although this was probably not due to cleaning staff but company policy to cut down on cost. Almost every day we had to go to the front desk for coffee pods or TP or to ask for fresh towels or emptying of waste baskets. Our hair dryer didn't work, but it was replaced promptly by the excellent cleaning staff. Other than the infrequent maintenance of our room, we enjoyed staying there and staff members were courteous and helpful.

I would say the stay overall was okay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a bit earlier than our check in time which was super helpful. As for the room itself, it seemed damp on the floors everywhere. I told the front desk and they said it was most likely the condensation from the air conditioning. The linens even felt a little dewy and wet which made me as a textured person quite uncomfortable at times. I don’t like wet when things aren’t supposed to be wet. There was some water damage on the ceiling in the bedroom. I couldn’t ever figure out the air so we just left it at what it was or off completely. Not a terrible stay, but it definitely can use some updates. Our friend who was staying in another room said that his shower head wasn’t working properly and that his faucet was all broken too.
