I enjoy staying at the Embassy Suite by Hilton. The staff at the front are very helpful and check in was fast and professional and most of all pleasant to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast and the workers where also very nice and polite even the ones that cleaned the tables. I recommend it to anyone who needs a great safe hotel. Thanking everyone for a excellent experiance.

Staff at bar was in competent and unprofessional. Took me 10 to 15 min for an crowd of some 20 to 25 people to get 2 beers paid for. Staff did not speak plainly and clearly. That was enough to lead me to not try restaurant for dinner. Will not stay here again.

Rooms, specifically carpets, very dirty, lots of stains. very strange pool rules said we had to make reservations but no one was in pool at all. Certain staff members very rude and this location had the worst breakfast and food selection I’ve ever seen at an embassy.

The lobby is beautiful & newly renovated. The rooms were not. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke & musty. The floors in our room had red stains / streaks. The shower was leaking. The A/C wasn’t cold. And, they cancelled our reservation and marked us as a no-show, even though I checked in through the Hilton app.
