Everything in the hotel was very clean. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The only complaint i had was the shower. There was absolutely no water pressure, so no water at all and only cold water when it did start to drip out. I had to wait a bit for the pressure and warm water to come through before i could even consider a shower, about 15 minutes. The shower head definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely receptionist and convenient area to buy snacks and supplies. Breakfast was great and replenished often. We did not have trouble finding a table. Downtown London was a bit rough at night, but it felt safe inside the hotel. Rooms were well-sized. Everything was in good condition, albeit dated. I would stay there again!
