This was a last minute booking. The price seemed right. Unfortunately, it's an older property that has not been updated. Dirty carpets, outdated breakfast area. Staff was very nice and did their very best. Security from 8pm-6am

Amazing Stay Plus Affordable

Room was fine

We stayed here during Katsucon in Feb 2025. Room was functional and clean - although we did seem to be missing a nightstand on one side of the bed. As for the rest of the facility, it seemed dated, tired, and in need of some TLC. Ceiling tiles in the hallways were dirty and/or disintegrating, one of the exterior doors to the parking lot didn't lock, and seemed to be missing steps. Also the breakfast buffet left a LOT to be desired. We also ended up getting a room directly across from the elevator - the sound travels very easily and it did wake us once or twice. If you're a light sleeper, definitely watch out for this.

Rather splendid and not completely bad

The front desk is friendly, room and bathroom is clean, and bed was comfy. Although I wish I could say the same for the noise the refrigerator is making as well as the heater/air conditioner. But the complementary breakfast is good. Shower is nice too. You know what? I wouldn’t mind coming here again next year.

The phone in my room didn’t work. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to get the WiFi password. This not not a big thing but a thing.. the shower curtain bar wouldn’t allow the shower curtain to close. The way the bar was install, it pushed the curtain to the middle exposing the bar two feet on each end.

It was a place to sleep. That’s all.

The staff were great. The hotel is very, very tired and needs a lot of cosmetic repairs. It was clean. The shower water pressure using hot water was a trickle. The smell of marijuana obvious in the hallways and outside the hotel. Fortunately our room didn’t stink. Breakfast was almost inedible.

Great service, but a dated hotel.

Overall, the hotel was ok. Front desk staff was courteous and breakfast was what you’d expect from this brand. However, the room was very dated, shower curtain didn’t close all the way, in room refrigerator had to be unplugged so we could sleep and the bed had the worst mattress I’ve slept on in a while.
