Very courteous and helpful staff . Rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. Great channels and excellent WiFi. Complimentary breakfast with Belgian waffle maker , and hotel is located closely to fine dining and shopping just about 3 miles away. Affordable Quality at Quality Inn Fort Jackson

The room was clean. The renovation was very tasteful. A little peeling paint on the shower ceiling. The breakfast was good. The attendant was very patient in reminding people that food could not be taken away to their rooms. A really good stay at a great price.

This was by far the most NASTIEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life… My hotel room did not get clean the whole time I was there. Housekeeping can to my room around 2:30 in the afternoon to clean my room. I thought they were supposed to come in the morning to clean. I had to put a towel down inside of the tub to shower. The toilet ran all night… There was hair on the bottom of the toilet. I had to spray my bed down with Lysol because it smelled like vinegar.. Not to mention, there was what looked like pubic hair in my bed…. I was BEYOND disappointed and disgusted… When I checked out of my hotel I let the manger Fal know everything and absolutely NOTHING was done. All she said was that someone would clean the room. After I checked out. No partial refund, curtesy stay or anything was offered. I would NEVER stay at the Quality Inn nor would I recommend anyone to stay there… HORRIBLE service and experience all around
