The room was fine. The staff was very courteous. The only problem is I couldn’t get any hot water around 10:30pm. I ran the faucet for a long time and it never got hot. The next morning it was ok after running the hot water for a while then it finally got hot. We were in the 4th floor.

I stayed Wednesday thru Sunday on 2 bookings. My room never had hot water and got like warm one time. I drove 2 hours home Friday night to shower because I was tired of taking cold showers then had to return to finish my business trip. This issue needs to be fixed in room 303.

I did not like anything about I actually never even liked staying at the holiday inn or any IHG hotel because the first time I stayed at any of the IHG properties i did not like it but i wanted a room in a hotel close to legolan ikond because she wanted to go to legoland for her birthday we made a reservation for saturday sunday and monday but the main reason why we picked this hotel is becuase it has a pool and hot tub and it turns when we showed up the hot tub was out of order for good and boarded up and nothing was mentioned on the website and the pool water was cold and the staff was rude.
