The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast had a lot of selection and was well maintained. The only complaint I had was the room did not have a smart TV for streaming.

Pros: Good location to restaurants / OSU. Cons: Lack of service, no manager available to resolve excessive noise issues from 12:00 AM - 3:00 AM, no follow up from hotel when issues are brought to their attention, room had moldy smell, no housekeeping for a weekend stay. Will not return.

Went for a graduation at Nationwide Arena. Hotel is very convenient and even had a shuttle to take us back and forth (within a 3 mile radius). Hotel was quiet and the free breakfast had lots of choices. Free parking was plentiful. Didn’t get to use the gym or po. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

There was blood on the blanket of one of the bed sheets. We didn’t notice it until we were about ready to go to bed. So I’m sure they didn’t change sheets from the prior person. So gross

Hyatt COLUMBUS/OSU is in an amazing area. Parking is safe… community is safe and it’s super clean and great staff. When coming back to Columbus, I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was above and beyond helpful!! So much appreciated the shuttle service to and from Crew game!!! Room was clean, comfy and quiet! Breakfast was good. Pool looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it, next time! Safe, quiet and convenient area, parking garage nice too. Will stay again!
