Highly recommend

We enjoyed our staycation. Everything was awesome. My only complaint is it is too quiet. There was no fan in the bathroom, or fan to keep on through thermostat. Next time, I’ll bring my sound machine because you can hear everything outside of the room. Other than that, room was on point. Restaurant was perfect too!

Booked a two queen bed room and my guest was given a one king bed room. The room was shared by another friend so they were left with a cot and an awkward decision to who got the bed. I was charged and booked under two queens and this error on the hotels behalf caused for quite an uncomfortable experience for my guests.

The hotel was really nice but there was condensation on our window in our room all along the top, made it seem a little weary. Overall it was average. I’ve stayed in both better and worse.

While checking in the front desk asked what was the occasion for our visit. I told them it was my and my wife’s birthday getaway. A few hours later, room service brought 2 pieces of amazing chocolate cake!

The staff on New Years Eve was TERRIBLE. No customer service, no hospitality. The pool was not heated and it was freezing outside. The website promises a heated pool. I went to the front desk to ask them to turn up the temperature and the lady was very rude and said something about the pipes and that “that temperature of the pool is how it is doing to stay” very rudely. We brought our children with us, paid for two rooms and the whole point was because we wanted the kids to have some time at the pool. And they were excited about it. This may seem very small to some people. But we could have stayed somewhere more hospitable for New Years Eve. And who the heck doesn’t have heated pool in the middle of winter?! I asked them 2 times, is the pool open? Never once did they say, it’s open but it’s not heated right now in the dead of winter!
