Overall not worth more than 2 stars. In fact not sure even why this hotel costs this much. I paid extra for a corner room that I did not get. Upon check in the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. Not a single smile from him. Not even a welcome or hello. We were up in the 8th floor and the music and noise was so loud. Not a good hotel for family or for children. My room was so dusty. There were hairs in my bedding. We are bonvoy members and we didn’t even get a complimentary water. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again

We did enjoy our stay, however there are a couple of bars that stay open late and you can hear the music while trying to sleep. Just keep that in mind but other than that it was great.

Nice area. Clean and modern facility. Room was nice but… We paid extra to upgrade to corner balcony room. It was directly above the nightclub and was loud until 1am. Escalators did not work during our stay. Check out process involved dropping room keys in basket on our way out the door, however, you must have your key to exit the parking garage. Garage is not attached to the hotel. It was raining. I called the front desk from the parking garage and had to walk back to the hotel, in the rain, and get a new key to exit the garage… Unfortunate experience.

Overbooked and kicked us out!

Worst experience imaginable! They over booked the hotel and couldn’t do anything for us. We were stranded to our own means. Had to stay in a rodent infested Scottish Inn on the freeway with no compensation from hotels.com

We have stayed at The Westin Hotel on several occasions this year. Each time we had a very positive experience and discover something new in the area. They have many excellent dining and shopping options located near the Hotel and several within walking distance. We will be staying again in the near future.
