Loved our stay at the Lake Front Hotel. The boat tour on the Glimmerglass Queen is a must. The boat ride dock is right at the motel. Captain Paula does an awesome job. The hotel is walking distance to Baseball Hall of Fame and downtown. This is an older motel that has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are small, as in older motels, but clean. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is decorative bedspread and pillows that I am not sure how often they are changed out. The restaurant and bar on sight was wonderful. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Would stay there again if in the area.

Very close to the baseball hall of fame. Friendly staff. The restaurant was good but it would have been nice the weren't blasting political talk on tv. Our room left a lot to be desired. No microwave, very thin walls (you can here your neighbors beside you and above you). They don't give you handsoap, you're expected to use shower gel to wash your hands. Not a big deal but at what they charge, I don't think its too much to ask to have a small microwave and some hand soap.

I stayed here for a week early in the summer and I was pleasantly surprised. It was super well located to downtown Cooperstown, truly only two (small) blocks away. It’s not super high luxury, but it’s not trying to be. It is super clean, however, and perfectly acceptable for a multi day stay. The only improvements that I think they could/should make is improved showers and spend a bit more on the soap and shampoo provided. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is very convenient to the Hall of Fame and shops/restaurants. The area is beautiful and we would stay here again.

It is very dated and our room was freezing when we got there. Took a bit to warm up. There isn’t anything to put things down on in bathroom, just a pedestal sink. Shower was nicer. It was clean. Only 2 little bed pillows, but bed was comfortable. Chairs need new cushions. It was like sitting on a rock. For the price, I’d expect better.

It was beautiful!!! The view to the water was amazing! The restaurant have delicious food and excellent prices. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Beautiful decorated. Close to all the shops in Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. Great customer service in front desk and housekeeping. I recommend this hotel and I’m planning to stay there again soon

The Lake Front Hotel has free parking (important in Cooperstown in summer) and a good location - walking distance to Main Street restaurants and the Baseball Hall of Fame. The room had the best hotel shower in recent memory. Good flow, ample force, and good water temperature. Lack of a refrigerator in the room was a drawback.

I was booked into a view room and the room I was given had a view of the parking lot. The room are simple and nothing special. The office with the coffee opens at 8. No coffee maker in the rooms. Not the worst room I’ve had but surely not up to the standards…..

I wasn't too happy with my stay this time. This is my 3rd time staying at this location. As always when i go into a hotel I spray it down with lysol. When I went to pull the sheets back it was two black bugs crawling around on the bed on one bed and the other had what looked like blood on the sheets. I immediately went to the front desk to notify the clerk and showed him the pictures I took. At first he said let me call the manager then he said nevermind I don't need to. He gave me another room to stay in. When I checked the bed this time everything was ok. Because of where this place is located, by the lake they have a lot bugs in that area, but they don't belong in my bed. Also I'm not too happy with the shower as well, no shower head he said its to save water

The property, the room, the location, the views are amazing!!! It’s right on the lake!! The staff and family who own this hotel are even better than all the above!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!!! It’s a short walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame
