Very elegant hotel, stylish room, good beds, river view, excellent restaurant onsite, great location, only a block away from Nyhavn. One thing to be aware of is a slanted wooden beam that is too easy to hit your head on. I've done it and it was not pleasant.

Disappointing

Good location. Rooms were on the small side even though “deluxe”. Entered the room and found adjoining door open to some guy’s room - not great as female travellers. USB ports not working and not fixed despite asking. Cleaning person’s gloves left in the room,… all the room laundry carts piled up under the historic arches which makes it messy and gives a “we can’t wait for you to leave” feeling. No coffee machine in room and no coffee in the lobby. Overall it was OK but not what you’d expect and seems worse than my last trip multiple years ago.

Great location

This hotel was recommended us by a friend. Location is really good for access to everything without being on a busy street. Shame there was renovation going on - which we did not realise - so access to the waterfront was restricted. We thought the bar was a bit too formal but that’s a personal choice thing.
