Very nice hotel in a decent location, only a few minutes walk from a metro station and major train station, as well as a major shopping centre. Nice and quiet area too, only downside was that I had to ask several times for my room to be cleaned up, but otherwise, this was a very pleasant stay

I was highly impressed by the staff, who were wonderful during checkin, breakfast, and storing our suitcases. The friendly and accommodating treatment elevated the entire experience. At first I felt ambivalent about a room directly next to the lobby. The room was the most quiet room I have stayed in compared to probably hundreds of hotels. We absolutely loved the walk from the hotel to the city center as it took as along the water from modern architecture to the old city center.

What an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and in the perfect location for exploring the heart of Copenhagen. The staff were beyond friendly warm, helpful, and always smiling. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and relaxed. It’s rare to find a place that feels both professional and personal, but this hotel nailed it. A true home away from home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Ideal in every way. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a harbour view room which was wonderful - both doors opened fully with a glass panel allowing an uninterrupted view outside over the inner harbour and harbour swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff so polite and efficient. The location is brilliant - walkable to the main station but two stations for metro/S-tog within 5-6 mins walk and a stop for the harbour bus (boat) not much further. Would definitely stay here again if in Copenhagen. Very good value compared with other Copenhagen hotels too.

This was a lovely modern hotel with kind and helpful people. Very clean and well organized and lovely touches with the robes and slippers! Easy to walk all over Copenhagen from this location and only 15 minutes from the airport! We will come back!

Visually appealing location, on a lake with a harbour beach. The Fisketorvet shopping mall is literally next door. The metro and train stations which connect the hotel with the city centre and the Kastrup airport (one change for tge latter), are within a walking distance, even if you have luggage with you. We were originally assigned a room right across from a building site. The jackhammering was extremely loud and it was impossible to get any rest during the day. The bar fridge in the room was also not working (something that's important to us due to the medicine that we carry). After bringing this to staff's attention we were moved to a different room where the noise from the machinery was minimal. The room was spacious, had a great view and was in fact an upgarade at no extra charge. The cleanliness of the room is the main reason for our rating. As the mattress topper kept slipping we had to adjust it several times, discovering in the process peanuts under the topper (which we removed) and a large stain on the topper itself, under its cover. The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of items. Most of the staff were helpful and courteous.
