there was construction happening on our floor which wasnt communicated to us. Started early in the morning informed the staff that its noisy and woke us up they didnt seem to care room was clean and pretty nice view

First time at Atlantis. It’s like Mexico meets Las Vegas. We stayed at a the Royal. Rooms are old. Structures are also old like pools , windows and chairs. It’s expensive … but it’s not luxurious… We should have stayed at the Cove. U don’t have access if you stay at the royal. Which is also annoying… the pools and amenities are better. A better feel of luxury. Swam with dolphins. That was amazing. Not sure I would come back. Would have to be for a good reason.
