Only real pitfall was breakfast wasn't offered when it says it was included with the stay. Staff was very friendly, we were given a free upgrade on our room. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The staff were excellent, welcoming and professional. The room was clean, though rather outdated. This is expected at the price point. I stayed for only one night, in order to get some rest on the way home from a trip. I was able to do so, as the bed was very comfortable.

Well maintained hotel outside of Buffalo area.

This was a nice hotel to stay close to the Buffalo area. Clean rooms and pet friendly. Fridge and microwave in room was also a plus. Well maintained property and price was average.

It was adequate, nothing special but comfortable. I reserved first floor rooms,but when I arrived she said no first floor rooms were available.

No heat -3 outside our drink became frozen in the room. Thin blanket,, dirty room and no help. Too expensive for that dive.
