I am writing to express my outrage and disgust at the deplorable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your Corpus Christi location. The presence of roaches, one of which crawled across my foot while I was showering, is a serious infestation issue that poses a significant health risk. The fact that your staff's response to this issue was to provide a can of Raid is not only inadequate, but also insulting. As a guest, I expect a safe and clean environment, and your hotel failed to deliver.
The trauma and distress caused to me and my emotional support animal is unacceptable, and the fact that I was unable to sleep due to the stress and unease of the situation is a clear indication that your hotel has failed to provide a suitable environment for its guests. Furthermore, my fiancée is terrified of roaches and is now anxious about the possibility of them hitching a ride home with us in our luggage, which is a legitimate concern given the circumstances.
As a professional who regularly transports clients in my vehicle, the thought of roaches emerging from our suitcases or vehicle is utterly unacceptable and could potentially damage my business relationships. I pray that I will never have to explain to a client that a roach crawled out of my vehicle while they were riding with me.
