Walked in the lobby and it smelled like smoke the floors were dirty like it had not been mopped or swept, and I also used the restroom it looked like it had not been cleaned either. I decided not to stay I have a 5 month old and did not feel safe staying. I was charged a one night fee like if I stayed in a room I had two rooms booked and was charged $158 as if it was my fault I didn’t cancel in time if they kept up with the cleanliness and smoke odor I would have stayed.

Dear Extended Stay America Management, I am writing to express my outrage and disgust at the deplorable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your Corpus Christi location. The presence of roaches, one of which crawled across my foot while I was showering, is a serious infestation issue that poses a significant health risk. The fact that your staff's response to this issue was to provide a can of Raid is not only inadequate, but also insulting. As a guest, I expect a safe and clean environment, and your hotel failed to deliver. The trauma and distress caused to me and my emotional support animal is unacceptable, and the fact that I was unable to sleep due to the stress and unease of the situation is a clear indication that your hotel has failed to provide a suitable environment for its guests. Furthermore, my fiancée is terrified of roaches and is now anxious about the possibility of them hitching a ride home with us in our luggage, which is a legitimate concern given the circumstances. As a professional who regularly transports clients in my vehicle, the thought of roaches emerging from our suitcases or vehicle is utterly unacceptable and could potentially damage my business relationships. I pray that I will never have to explain to a client that a roach crawled out of my vehicle while they were riding with me. demand a full refund for my stay, a personal apology from your management team, and assurance that immediate action will be taken to address this inf

Hotel was in a good area. Staff were nice. The cleanliness could have been better, my sheets were stained and a lot of hair on the towels that wasn’t my hair. Left food inside fridge that was old.

Their Continental Breakfast was the worst one we've ever come across. Very few items to chose from. No protein options at all like eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt!!! No fruit, waffles, toast, pb&j, etc. We didn't know we had to check out kitchen items from the front desk. Carpeting had seen much better days. The bathroom ventilation fan wasn't working, no trash can in the bathroom & the water pressure was terrible. No cover on the fire detector

This place is just average not much to it tbh… If you’re a super particular about cleanliness this hotel is not for you. As soon as you walk in to check in the smell of fish hits you along with the mustiness of other scents. The ACs in the rooms are average but the air doesn’t feel like it circulates as good as it should. The toilet in my room was not working properly. There is no extractor in the bathroom. The rooms are definetly outdated and in need of a remodel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re sensitive to smells. Last but not least housekeeping goes to knock on your door an hour before check out and if you’re not out right before 11; the front desk person comes asking if you need more time?? I assume it’s to try to charge you more for the extra time. So basically check out should be like 10am instead of 11am.. Needless to say I wouldn’t stay here again but if you don’t mind mediocre hotels then this place is for you.

We got there super late, and checked in got up to our room and the room had been downsized to 1 bed. I had to go all the way back to the front desk and have it corrected as we paid in advance for the room and should not have been downsized. We did not notice the uncleanliness of the room until the next morning as it was very late when we arrived so we just went to bed. The toile had issues flushing, there was red die all over the shower curtain. The beds were SUPER hard and VERY squeeky, stains all over the couch looking like someone had urinated on it and the floor was just gross. We paid for 2 nights, but stayed only 1 and left after our meeting. This place is GROSSS and I have stayed in some ick motels before, but I am needing a refund on this one. Definitely not worth what we paid!!!

The room itself was NOT clean. Very poor lighting. The floor was extremely dirty I couldn't even walk bare footed. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent!! It took forever to take a shower. I'm so glad I brought along my own towels to dry with as the towels provided smelled horrible. I had to drive down the street to buy a cup of ice because your facility doesn't have an ice machine and I wasn't about to try to make ice and wait overnight for ice to form in the freezer. The "blow dryer" that is attached to the wall in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Didn't look safe enough to use. Two of the lamps didn't work making the room even that much more darker. I like a bright room and able to see my surroundings. Not this location!
