Was all good until THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 11 PM ..having to grab your clothes and get down three flights of stairs and go outside during a snowstorm was no fun. Some people were barefoot in their pajamas. It was a hell of a night . The room and service were fine ., and the alarm situation was settled … but as an overall experience ..well, it wasn’t the greatest because of the alarm incident .
