My family and my sister in law family came from South Korea stayed two nights at this Hotel and had worst experienced in my life. First we open the room, we found three big black roaches dead and all most dead showing belle and lightly moving legs. We picked two roaches with toilet papers and throw in toilet and one found under the sink cabinet, we took picture, just showing front desk. Hotel changed one room, but two rooms still had bad sink or chemical smell all over. My sister found small live roach in bathroom and killed right away next morning, we couldn’t unpack the luggage two days while we stayed this hotel and we have to clean all our clothes before entering our home. Hotel didn’t changed rooms even we talked about this issue. Next day, we went to swimming and try to take shower, water had cut off entire hotel for four five hours without telling us anything. We have to dry out without take shower. We called front desk and find out water was cut off entire hotel without telling us anything before. Same day, we received phone call from hotel manager Noah while we were in Kentucky Kingdom and he was mad and told us come back hotel right away due to my dog is barks and told me, I didn’t register my dog. I have to drove one and half hours to come back early and left theme park early (spend nearly $400) and cancel my dinner plan. When I checked in this hotel, assistance manager Chris was helping me and assigned rooms and he knows roach problem and he knows I had a dog

Do not recommend unfortunately. I really wish I could say something good but I can’t. Won’t go into detail, just don’t. Brian was helpful and one guy at the bar was very helpful by comping a portion of our meal. Other than that run.

Room smelled slightly of cat urine (they do allow dogs). Other guests were very loud at night (10pm-12:30am) yelling in the halls. Staff did not seem to care. Housekeeping never came in to clean while we were out the second day even though we informed them it was ok to and we needed towels etc. Night staff said we could check out an hour late at noon. When I confirmed in the morning they said no we had to be out at 11am. I explained to them what nights said and they said it didn't matter. I definitely would not stay there again.

Didn't like where we had to pay for parking, cost atleast 100 for just 2 nights stay. Our shower had to be fixed, no hot water, My sisters room, Shower was putting out hot and cold water, off and on, They came back from Bengals game, shower was tore apart, Had to call them, gave Sister 8th floor room, She has a bad knee and cast from surgery on wrist. Could've been better, really not liking the paying for parking.

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly! The views from the room were spectacular! Breakfast was a little hectic…..the food ran out several times. The chefs making omelets were superb. The 2 room suite appearance was a disappointment considering we paid a lot of money for it….everything looked very worn….the sheets had staining, the couch had a hole, the faux leather ottoman was shedding…. It seems like the hotel just needs an overall upgrade.
