The service employees was great. But the breakfast food was always the highlighted part for me for staying at the embassy in the breakfast is disgusting. The juice was ordered down. The coffee with over brewed.

We had to switch rooms 2 times. All three rooms smell like carpet mildew. That was the reason I switched rooms upon check in and there were stains all over the furniture. The next room, the same smell. The door didn't close. You had to slam it shut. The heat didn't work and no hot water. The bathroom was dirty. We cleaned it. The next room I was moved to was dirty. There was hair in the tub, the bed wasn't properly made. The room was released by us. I was told that the AGM was supposed to be contacting me and she didn't. I was giving her email. I will be sending her an email.

Check in time is 4 p.m. room was not ready upon arrival. Left went to dinner came back around 8p.m. room still not ready. Finally got checked in at 9. Rooms outdated and have slight odor. Took kids to pool. After swimming for 20 minutes multiple roaches appeared. These roaches were huge inch and a half to 2 inches in length. One of the roaches jumped in the pool. We immediately grabbed our stuff and ran out of there. This place is definitely not worth the money stay away.
