Lovely hotel and great value. The location is a winner and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is extremely clean throughout. The owners (husband & wife) were especially gracious and kind. They arranged a cab for me for an early morning departure. When I left at 5:40 am today (a Sunday) he was waiting in the lobby with a bag of water & fruit for me.

This place is in the center of Cusco close to many major areas of interest, i.e. plazas, museums, restaurants, street markets, etc. They are also only a bus or train ride from Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes, Ollytantambo, and so much more. The staff go above and beyond for anything you may need, help with luggage, directions to local places, calling taxis, and the lovely breakfast they serve. They main staff are fluent in English if you don't know Spanish, the grounds are immaculate, and everything is very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting the area.

The buffet breakfast was incredible. It was the most extensive one I've ever seen for breakfast.

It was awesome for what we paid. The hotel is a little more far away from the city center, but is was really close to the airport, train station and for the tours to pick us up. They offered us breakfast lunch for our 4am trips. The jacuzzi was FIRE. Loved it so much.
