First, cleanliness was lacking everywhere. The carpet in the halls was disgusting, elevator was a disaster and smelled like marijuana, the room and in particular the shower was nasty. They also no longer offer breakfast. This use to be my go to place in town. I will never stay here again.

Stay was great! Super clean rooms. Staff was super nice and beds were so comfortable! We will stay there again next time we go to WorldSprings since it’s also right down the road within a 5 minute drive.

The Experience From Hell

I worked in the front desk to check in and I was told that a $50 fee must be hold on my card. There payment system will not accept my card and as a result I was told that I will not be able to get my room keys as a result. At this point I already booked my hotel through Hotels.Com. Called my bank and they confirmed that there’s enough money on the card to covered the $50 hold fee. Called Hotel.Com and I was told by the agent that I have to wait until Monday to resolve the issue. I have no where to go to spend the night. An hour goes by sitting there thinking what to do next. I was ready to leave and then Bailee, the Front Desk Agent asked me to try and insert the card again to see if it would work this time. I guess she configured the computer. Suddenly, the payment when through after an hour plus. It was all out a very bad service and experience.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was nice with glass shower. Big nice comfy bed. Microwave and mini fridge. Nice pool. Nice smoking area and areas to sit at and relax. Hot breakfast for additional cost. Not that great. Sausage was very dry. French toast and fresh fruit was good. Inside lounge. Staff was professional and courteous. Price was good.

The service wasn't great, we were there for a multi-day meeting and the coffee was always running out, nobody was ever checking in on us. The hotel is being converted into a Hilton Garden Inn as we speak. Hopefully the customer service will improve along with the renovation.

The stay was pleasant the only thing I wish they would have done was go and clean the room while we weren’t there. We did not have a chance to try the food but good deal breakfast buffet for 12.99 .
