The place was noisy. Its smelled dirty, moldy. And they have a pest problem. Found a big roach in the bathroom. Walls were not clean and carpet can could be replaced.

Matthew & Comfort Suites are TOP NOTCH

The front desk manager could tell our family was a little stressed out when we first arrived (10pm) & to help, he offered our daughter (3yr old) a snack which SHE LOVED. He then had helpful tips & got us an easy to access room, provided us with dish soap to wash our bottle parts for our newborn, & was all around a class act. The property was also extremely clean, AC worked great, & we would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel did not have an operational laundry room. The gym was not accessible do go repairs. Only 1 elevator worked. The back entry would log work all the time so you would have to walk around the side of front to get access.

Great Stay

Stay was great. Attended a concert and was great location to AT&T Stadium and places to eat. Room was comfortable and clean and air conditioning worked really well parking was a breeze and checking was easy. I would stay at this location again.

Property close to visited venues, but the staff is not very friendly and the rooms are made for giants. I am 5'4" but the bed is so high that I had a very tough time getting on the bed. I used a push from a family member as I would slide down after almost holding on to the top sheet. The bathroom sink was up to my chest and the lighting in the bathroom is very very dim. The breakfast offered is very minimal. They do not replenish any items once they are finished with still about an hour of time left till breakfast is over. One of two waffle makers was not working. So only one for everyone. They have the serving line plastic cover so high that I am sure germs from breathing, sneezing, and coughing are on the food. Not good choices of food either. They do replenis biscuits and gravy or itmight have been there all that time as it did not look appetizing. They take out only a handfull of plates when the diner is full and if you don't get a plate, you will never get one. They ignore you if you ask for one. Never been to a complimentary breakfast dining place so poorly staffed as this one was, but I guess they feel it's complimentary so we should eat what we get. Guess it's their way of making business.
