Disappointed

Not very friendly or welcoming upon arrival. The room was clean but the pool was not. The jacuzzi did not work. The coffee was not drinkable. The banana waffle did have a good taste. I don’t know if the lady that checked us in did not have a good personality or was just having a bad dad. While in the pool employees sat outside the pool fence to smoke and it smelled so bad we left. Not a good experience at Theo’s location.

The staff is friendly - convenient to Interstate going east and west - Parking is easy and the room was spacious and clean. No issues with anything. Only problem we had was they ran out of breakfast on the third day we were there due to a late delivery. They were very apologetic.

There was a cockroach in our room and we told the guy at the front to help us find it at least. He didn’t even want to look for it and said that he had to come back to his job and called us paranoid because he didn’t find it sir this is YOUR job like we didn’t paid to sleep with a cockroach at least you are getting paid while searching for it. He made us wait till 3am to give us a new room with ONE bed and didn’t even offer us a refund since we paid for a room with TWO beds and couldn’t even spend one night on it. A good thing is that there’s a lot dining options around the area but there’s a lot of homeless people around the hotel parking that scared us.
