For the most part my stay was good..My room was good.. But the ladies at the desk do not have good customer service skills...They didn't talk to me like I was a guest ..They were not polite at all and not one of them said have a good day or hello ..I always had to speak first .I stay in hotels Alot and I'm always greeted when I walk in even sometimes I'm greeted by my name ..One of the morning ladies even questioned if I was staying there when I asked about the lobby bathroom .. I work overnight so I stayed there for three nights but I went to work at 9:00pm and I got off work at 6:00am and I came back to the hotel at 6:00 a.m. I just wanted to go in the bathroom and wash my hands so that I could get breakfast ..She asked if I had a room there and I felt it very disrespected. I will say the breakfast lady was very nice.. But all the other ladies need some serious customer service training..espcially the one with the tattoos on her arm who works in the mornings ...She is very unprofessional.... I asked for a late check out and one of the girls just told me no I had to leave at 11:00.. no consideration for the fact that I had worked overnight... And you can't tell me that she wasn't able to give me a late check out I'm just one person... I checked out but I still ended up coming back checking in for two more nights because I was trying to stay within my budget and a lot of rooms in the area were in the $200 range but price wise this location was more affordable for me .

Room was clean and what I liked more was housekeeping. When I asked for something they never hesitated and made me feel welcomed. I asked different memebers from housekeeping and all of them were super nice.
