This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath house is near Baylor Scott and White Medical Center, Omni PGA Frisco, Collin College, Stonebriar mall and Russell Creek Park. Downtown Frisco and FC Dallas Stadium are also nearby. This property has a “zero-party tolerance.” If guests are expected please provide details. Smart TV’s and wifi included. Pets allowed-pet fee.

Nice Stay

Patrick was great host. He came and replaced the toilet seat, and a few other things right away. The house itself is an older home in an established neighborhood that was very quiet. It has a very nice patio and a small grass area which is nice for dogs. The house still needs work and TLC. It has a vibe of staying in a Batchelor pad or college house. There are cosmetic things that still need to be fixed in the house. The decor needs to have a feminine touch. And there was a smell in the house that needs to be addressed. I know it’s new listing on the VRBO and Patrick has not had a lot of time to work on it so we are very excited to see what he able to do with the place.
