We booked a room with a king bed, but upon arrival, we were informed that it was not available. Instead, we ended up with a queen bed room. This was quite unexpected, especially from a hotel like Hyatt. To add to the difficulty, we arrived around 11 pm and had no other option but to accept the queen bed room.

One of my favorite hotels thus far!

Few nights for a work conference that was hosted at the hotel. Other than the pillows, there was not a single other thing that I did not find to be perfect really. Location adj. to the mall with an entrance made it unique and convenient. Great shopping and restaurants all around. Really excellence place!

Overall, our stay was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaints were the uncomfortable pillows and the limited room service and bar hours.
