Nice hotel but…

The hotel is very nice but the outside is just concrete, could use some landscaping of some kind. The hotel also seemed understaffed. Also had an awful experience with a bartender, he was incredibly rude and dismissive for no reason, that guy is an embarrassment to Hyatt.

This property is in great condition. The general areas and guest rooms are well-kept. It is in animal location since it is connected to a major mall with plenty go dining and shopping options, plus a movie theater. There is a great self-parking option that is safe and close to the property.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in DFW. They staff was amazing. I had a corner room with amazing views and I was surprised on how big the tv was in the room as well. I even went down to the bar and the service was amazing as well. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
