The carpet at the foot of the bed was wet from air conditioner and it made my daughter’s purse and bag (resting on the floor) all wet. Beds were comfortable. Reliable shuttle to airport.

We arrived late with a posted sign “ be back soon, helping a guest”. Cool…20 minutes later and 2 other guests waiting, my husband reached around the counter to a bell and gave it a firm ring and immediately out pops a young man sleepy eyed and hair plastered to the side of his head…..

Even though the property is older and outdated and our chair in our room had a huge stain on it, the hotel itself was very clean as was the dining area that serves breakfast. Staff kept up with it. That made a big difference.

Good for a quick overnight stay

This was very convenient to the Parking Spot South. Great for a quick overnight stay before our flight. The Texas shaped waffles were yummy!!

The fire alarm went off at 10 pm. Took a while to get it shut off. About 3 am someone tried to get into our room. The front staff could not speak English.

When we checked in desk person seemed inconvenienced to have to help us. We paid $50 to them for parking so we could catch shuttle to airport. When we got to turn in room key next morning we were told that we were not registered for shuttle. I tried to explain to desk clerk (,very limited english) we were never told to sign up for shuttle. When it became apparent that we would have to drive to airport I asked for refund of my extended parking. I was given major attitude and he threw a piece of paper with his managers #. He also got into argument with shuttle driver. Would not recommend due to very poor customer service
