Our first room was dirty but the front desk was swift to change it for us. The front desk folks are wonderful and beyond kind and friendly, but that’s about the only positive. This was not like what I expected. It felt like a high end motel with the set up offered, not an actual Marriott hotel. The beds and pillows were absolutely awful and I slept terribly all three nights. The shower design is absolutely ridiculous, you have to get wet to turn the shower on and water can just spew out onto the floor, and be careful! The shower floor is very very slick! Can’t open the curtains on the first floor because people can just look right into your room. Definitely won’t be back - but the staff was very nice.
