I didn't like the fact that we couldn't go into the pool because the area was to cold. I would recommend to install a heater in the pool area. Also hire some staff that can speak English it was very hard to communicate with the staff that work there. Apart from that i enjoy my stay and i will be back.

Shower head was not working. I had a morning international flight and was on a schedule so could not call the reception. I struggled to take bath. The management need to maintain the rooms regularly. Requested for a wake up call and they did not call at all. Very bad service and maintenance.

It was a nice stay. The overnight front desk gentlemen was great! But the day shift check out woman wasn't. The property and room was okay. I would stay here again.

Came thru in a stressful time

I got stranded at DFW airport when my flight was delayed until the next morning. I was exhausted, called all around looking for a room with an airport shuttle. It was late at night and most hotel shuttles in the area still running at 11 pm. When I called this hotel, I got an actual live person at the front desk who told me they could have a shuttle pick me up in 10 minutes. The shuttle driver contacted me twice in those few minutes to update me on status and where to meet him. He was a friendly face with a warm van. I was to my comfortable room in no time, after a quick check in with that friendly front desk staff again. I felt taken care of. I had to leave early in the am for the flight so missed breakfast but it smelled good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
