The hotel is beautifully appointed, very relaxing. The staff is amazing! Perfectly located to get anywhere in the DFW metroplex. Big bonus, Starbucks in lobby! Will find other Delta Hotels on my next travels.

We always have great experience in this hotel. This time check in process was not good! Host (young woman) at the front desk was having a bad day and showing it to the guest. We checked in around 3:30 and still had to wait for a room.
