It was nice, i usually book laquinta but when i want an upper scale stay i have booked doubletree three times now and a pending stay in Houston for a concert. Parking was tight and a garbage or backed up sewer smell by elevator was the only bad thing i can say.

Stayed for one day. Quick check in. Easy service. The kitchen allowed me to order with 10 minutes to spare until closing. I didn’t care for the chicken meal with veggies I ordered (can’t recall the name.) The wings were delish! Loveddddd the shower!! Good n hot how I like it. Complementary toiletries smelled nice.

Older property- we had to move to another room as the toilet was not flushing properly. However, the staff responded to our request quickly and efficiently. Cleaning staff were excellent and responded to our requests for towels

After I’ve stayed here 10 times I’m disappointed

The maid services stole my husbands wedding ring that we got from Cozumel. The water took an hour to drain from the sink and the room we were in you could hear a tapping noise all day and all night. The springs in the belt made my back hurt and the pillows gave me a crook in my neck. A 3 night stay. Plus the smell remind me of the motel we use stay in 25 years ago. Desperate need of upgrade.
