Clean, no-frills option near SMU

I stayed here while in Dallas for my son's baseball tournament and this hotel was perfectly fine, but nothing to write home about. In other words, no need to avoid, but no need to seek it out. The high point was the staff. To a man they were all friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms, however, we're just "meh", but the location (very close to SMU) was great. Also, the included breakfast was solidly upper quartile for included hotel breakfasts. I'd stay here again.

We had a horrible experience, when we first arrived at the room and finished settling in, a cockroach appeared, I spoke to the counter and they suggested we change rooms, when we returned to get our things, more appeared again, we showed the evidence at the counter and they only limited themselves to saying they would change the room, but that did not guarantee that it would be clean, so I asked for a refund, they only limited themselves to refunding the following nights but not the current night, we left there immediately. I do not recommend it.

This was a convenient place for our family gathering. The bed was extremely comfortable; the suite felt spacious. The only issue was that our bathroom door was stuck. It was very hard to close. Otherwise very nice!!!

Great hotel, great price, great location

The hotel is convenient to many great areas. The hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, great selection in the market lobby for after hours snacks. I really enjoyed my stay.

Spacious suite.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to the mall . The suite was spacious and clean . I would definitely stay here again.

Lobby, breakfast area and bar/lounge were clean and orderly. Room was large and comfortable. Cleaning service didn't clean after night 1 and there were no regular coffee packets available in the room (only decaffeinated). The room was on the freeway side so there was constant street noise.
