Staff was super helpful and rooms were clean and comfy! Even the soap was better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pool area was nice and clean they had fresh towels to use and the pool was clean. Shuttle was clean, nice and quick!

No the shuttle driver an older Indian or Hispanic guy sorry I don’t know his race , he was very nasty and rude and refused to shuttle me and my husband any where . I had to uber most of the time . The time I did get a shuttle was because I had to ask the young ladies working the front desk and they had to go over his head to someone else. The hotel is nice but the driver is why I will not stay there again, I also gave him a $10 tip just to see if he would be more pleasant but that didn’t work. The rest of the team was nice . Monday morning when I checked out the shuttle driver was very kind I wish he was the driver who picked us up while we visited Texas.

The staff was GREAT! kiran the manager,DD at the front desk and Derrick were great. they made me feel at home as soon as i arrived. if i needed anything they were there to help with a smile on their faces. Customer service is very important to me.I work hard for my money and i don't spend my money with any bussines that has poor customer Service and a whole lot of employees with funky attitudes, thats not acceptable. i will most definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

They gave my reservation for a handicap accessible room and I checked in at 3:10pm. They blamed it on using a 3rd party reservation company. They take 2nd priority.
