Almost had to beg to get a room change because of no hot water and no water to flush the toilet We offered to leave on the last night of the reservation but was told no refund. That's when they finally agreed to put us in another room. I will never stay at this establishment again

Easy access to highway. Rooms are very roomy and clean. Our room was facing the pool/highway so you can hear people screaming, traffic, and cars. So, if you're a light sleeper, I recommend you asking to get a room farther away from that area. But overall, I would definitely book again.
