Overall cleanliness was not as good as we have experienced in the past. More attention to details needs to be given when cleaning. Build up of dust and lack of thorough vacuuming is apparent.

Overall, this is a nice hotel. However, there was a large contingent of college athletes in attendance, so breakfast items needed attention. Particularly, the oatmeal was cool, instead of warm near end of breakfast time, and the 2% milk needed to be refilled. Also, our room’s toilet seat was loose and could not be tightened with the attached screws. It was broken from the hinges. I did not tell management as we were only staying 2 nights. I did report upon check-out as I did not want management to think we broke it. I reported that it was broken upon our arrival. Overall, this is a nice hotel. This was our second time staying here. I would definitely stay here or at other Home 2 Suites again.

We liked the size of the one-bedroom suite. We liked the breakfast options. We would like to have had more cover for the bed. We expressed concern about shower water and maintenance worked on it immediately. Overall, this hotel is well-maintained and well-organized.

Hotel was Hilton level with great staff, but even as a Hilton Honor member I did not recieve a late check out as I went through Expedia--which is less expensive. You get the room next to the elevator etc. yet in this hotel the room is still great with a kitchenette.

Booked at a hotel so kids could swim and have some fun. The pool was closed the first day. The second day open but should have been closed. It was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. Also, the only thing my kids like at breakfast was waffles but the dispenser broke so they would let you get waffles. Thankfully the sweet lady saw my frustration and filled cups with batter so we could make some. It’s in a nice area and comfortable.
