A lovely stay at a beautiful and unique resort. I didn’t expect such a walk to our room from reception, having an illness that limits my mobility it would have been helpful to have had the option to book a room a shorter walk from the entrance. The restaurant might also consider providing an urn for people wanting to make tea, rather than them having to wait to use the coffee machine just for hot water. The rest of the stay was wonderful, the room was beautiful and modern, very luxurious. The grounds are immaculately kept, with kangaroos snacking here and there. We would definitely come back!

The choice in dining options was lacking and the food at the Cafe and Bar was ordinary at best. We have stayed here many times over the last 10 years or so and the food options have reduced making us look outside the venue for other food options.

Could use minor improvements

Our original booking was a 2 bed apartment and the day beforehand (travelling for a wedding) they called to tell us the owner sold it and they didn’t have one available. Problem solved got us a room so that was good. Reception staff very unhelpful about an earlier check in (part of the bridal party so was there at 7am hoping to check in around lunch to move my luggage) and asked to call as soon as room was ready. No call made Rooms comfortable and clean, shake breakfast is an additional charge with such a small selection too

Property location is good.shower heads were not working proper. Due to tile flooring in resorr, outside loud noise comes to room when any stuff,trolley gets transported or people checkout with their suitcases. Barista coffee charge is extra for buffet breakfast

Fridge was stacked so tightly with minibar items I couldn't put any of my own items in. Pillows were all very thick, could have used at least one smaller pillow for side-sleepers.
