This is a nice hotel. The reason it gets 4 stars is because there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms and there was a strange smell in the hallway on the second floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed we didn't have hot water before we went to have dinner. Reported it to the front desk and by the time we got back to our room, it was fixed! This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of things.

The staff was very welcoming and the property is well kept. Very quiet stay and clean room. I had dinner and breakfast at the Parlour, due to driving a Uhaul at the moment, both meals were good, breakfast especially. Definitely recommend this hotel.

No Hot Water - No compensation

We did not had hot water for the first 3 days out of 4 days. the hotel said to contact Hotels.com for compensation. Hotels.com said to contact hotel directly. at the end out - the hotel only agreed on reimbursement of one night. hotels.com not helped. so ... this is it

The service was great minus the bartender overcharging my daughter’s room for a cocktail. A refund was offered but not before the bartender rudeness. Otherwise the other staff was wonderful. Oh and request a microwave and refrigerator when booking.
