I stayed here for a business conference. It was relatively quiet at night. The room was large, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The gym was decently equipped, but the sole leg machine was out of order. Overall, a great hotel option with good amenities at a reasonable price.

The hotel was in a lovely neighborhood with a variety of restaurants walkable. The staff hopes November and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean with coffee and snacks supplied at different places in the hotel. I will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff at the hotel were great and very helpful. There were many good restaurants nearby. The hotel car/shuttle was convenient and we used it several times to go to restaurants and stores nearby. The decor at the hotel was interesting and unique, but not geared toward children. This hotel was perfect for a couples trip.

Everything about the ZaZa is extraordinary from the afternoon sandwich selection to your evening cookies. The area is much quieter than other hotels we have stayed close by. I especially love having coffee on every floor.

Exceptional service and a wonderful staff attitude made our stay truly memorable. The perfect blend of professionalism and personal connection created a home-away-from-home atmosphere. We especially appreciated the hotel’s courtesy in not charging us for the night we lost due to a flight delay—that gesture did not go unnoticed.
