Clean room, plenty of accessories in room like blow dryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, shampoo and conditioner also body lotion. Very quite. Good full breakfast buffett. I booked on line so wasn’t sure what I was getting. But I was very pleased with this hotel.

I saw a roach in the bathroom of our room and again in the pool area. The pool was wayyy outdated the staff that worked in the evening was not friendly at all. I don’t know how this place has as many stars as it does.

Weird smell when entering our room. Clicking sound in the walls between entrance and bathroom. From the time we checked into our room (424) there’s a weird clicking sound (like when you flip a light switch) between the entrance and bathroom. Notified the manager the first night who said they couldn’t move us because they were full. Spoke to the front desk in the morning who said the storage door on the roof was open and it’s fixed. Clicking sound didn’t go away the second night and manager notified again, and he said he fixed the problem this time. Welp it still happened the 3rd day. Never offered to change the room. Maintenance came and nothing happened with that or an update. Let them know when I checked out and never offered apology or anything, just was brushed off!
