This property was outstanding. The view was breathtaking, and the room’s layout and ambiance created an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. Upon entering, I was greeted by warm lighting, soft music playing on the TV, and a thoughtful personalized note inviting me to reach out for any assistance. The space was spotless, spacious, and clearly designed with care. The concierge was warm and attentive, even offering me an umbrella in anticipation of rain. I would absolutely stay here again!

Accidentally took the key card home and they said they were going to charge me $150 if we didnt mail it back. No one was at the desk when we left and I've never had such an issue before.

The views are outstanding and the room is great and Home like! Awesome cafe on the ground floor. Bring your own Toilet paper! The paper goods were our only complaint they're like sandpaper haha. There is a 7eleven down the road for some groceries though.

First I received a very detailed email on how to enter parking garage, how to register my car, how to get inside the building to the 48th floor where an attendant was standing. The room was beautiful and so clean.

I was worried about staying here based on the reviews of others. The "nightclub" noise people referenced is from the Tower Club of Dallas, which is far from a nightclub. I was also worried about ease of getting to the hotel. Once you figure out the elevators, it is easy! No issues at all. The unit was lovely and has amazing views of downtown Dallas. I would highly recommend to others.
