We enjoyed our time at the Mint House. The amenities were thoughtfully curated, and the restaurants offered a good dining experience, these elements added great value and comfort to our stay. However, we encountered a concern regarding soundproofing. Despite staying on the 49th and 50th floors, we experienced significant noise from street-level activity including sirens and motorcycles as well as audible sounds from adjacent rooms and the corridor. It was unexpected given the high elevation and impacted the overall sense of tranquility. Lastly, pre-paid parking would be a wonderful accommodation.

We loved our stay! Though it was short, it was amazing. Our view was beautiful, especially at night, the bed was extremely soft and comfortable, the space was clean, the bathroom and shower were great. Everything was amazing all the way around. We are in the Dallas area often and this is now one of our favorite spots! We will definitely be returning many more times in the future. Highly recommend!

The vuew out of this room was amazing and it had very nice decor. I loved the shower and the penny tile in the bathroom. The elevator situation was a little confusing but overall amazing property. Make sure you read the info the hotel sends! I would have never found the parking garage without it. Great staff!

A great place to stay if you need apartment accommodations. There is a 7 Eleven and Italian Grocery close by for provisions. The views are incredible. Parking is expensive. Always immaculate. This is my 6th stay.

It was a little confusing getting to floor 48 where Mint House is and there wasn’t a welcome desk, everything is virtual. Once we got it all figured out, the stay was very comfortable and everything was excellent. We’ve stayed there twice already and have enjoyed it very much!

The view from the corner suite is stunning! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!! The suite was spacious and appointments adequate. However, it should have been made clear that noise is a massive problem from Wednesday through Friday. The Mint is built above a club with pounding music from 7-11:15 PM those nights. If you need rest or have small children, this will be a problem, hence the 3 stars.

Poor check-in but fantastic place!

Hands down this was one of the nicest places that we have stayed! The building felt safe and secure, and the floor was quiet. The two bedroom suite was well appointed, have comfortable beds with memory foam, was clean, modern, and had an excellent city view from the 50th floor. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and each room had a private en suite bathroom. The only negative to the stay was the check-in process. Make sure you have your key arrived. We have not received our floor or our code and there was no one available at the concierge’s desk to check you in. The process took over an hour and four phone calls because of dropped phone calls due to poor cell reception. The waste of time spent on the phone trying to get the room information was not appreciated and took away from our evening together. If you book with hotels.com, they do not share your email address with Mint House, so it is important for you to reach out to the company once booked to provide your email so they can send you the check-in information.

All about the view

The view made the stay worth it--but the directions on parking weren't clear. The signs are virtually non existent. The air conditioner was not cooling to set temperature and the ceiling fan was loud and unstable.
