Upon booking , we realized that we got the dates mixed up , canceled and rebooked for the correct date. First problem: hotel didn’t want to refund the money for the canceled booking, Second problem: arriving to our hotel , we noticed our toilet wasn’t working properly. Hotel is nice and beds are comfortable but we will not be going back .

The only positive was staff readily agreed to refund our stay so we could go someplace else. We didn’t didn’t feel safe, our fire alarm went off when we turned on our heater the first night and there was an electrical outage the next morning up to the time we checked out. The 100 percent smoke free was not enforced and it smelled like weed everywhere.

I liked the staff, which was very nice. My room was clean and nice. Although, I think the refrigerator was leaking. I did not like how easy it was to hear others' talking in the hallway. The thin walls and large crack under the door probably contributed to this issue. Overall. I enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean. Staff was amazing. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is because its a smoke free stay, but other residents didn't follow the rules. Overall amazing stay.

Bed dressings smelled like they weren’t washed at all, the room smelted like mildew when we first arrived, the microwave didn’t work, the sink in the restroom is clogged, the tub wasn’t cleaned properly, the upper side and in the upper front of the toilet has someone red on it, the AC don’t work properly and has a smell coming from it when turned on, the older woman and older man that work at the front desk are rude.

The room was nice and it was very clean, the hotel was quiet. Check-in process was very easy. The location wasn’t the best in terms of exiting in a car as there is a blind curve so it can be dangerous during the day. A standard hotel breakfast is served from 6am to 9am. My husband said it was good. I decided to sleep in rather than getting breakfast. Overall everything was good and I probably would choose to stay at this hotel again. No real complaints here.

Booked a room through hotels.com for a friend to stay. When we got to the property it was super sketchy with people hanging around. The front desk then required a deposit. $50 cash or $100 on a card. Which was no where in their booking description. We tried to pay for the deposit on our card but since the room was in our friends name they would t accept it. So we cancelled the booking and left. Just a heads up on the additional booking fees with them if you stay.
