I was so disappointed in this Hilton Hotel. No coffee or water in room. Iron had a short in it, two gentlemen show up at my door, one w/tools asking to see the iron as if i was lying about it. Then someone later came w/another iron. Had to call for fresh towels because room wasnt cleaned after first night. I am a Hilton Honores member but, rest assured i WIL NOT recommend Spark Hilton to anyone

The hotel room was fantastic. We got a double queen and a pull out sofa bed. We are a family of 5 and the room was really spacious and the most “kid friendly” hotel room we have ever stayed in. The room is really spacious and the kids had a lot of space to play and move around. The flooring was also wood so the fear of not being able to pick up spills was totally gone! We loved our stay!

My wife and I were working in Dallas and Spark was inexpensive and comfortable, only minutes from our job allowing us to get much more rest. We live an hour away from Dallas and the cost of the hotel was pretty much a wash because of our fuel and time savings.

Just odd. Weirdly use of the space, the rooms and all the amenities are very basic, poorly designed and maintained. Extremely noisy at night due to the highway being so close. There are definitely better places in this area.

We were in a handicap room on the 3rd floor and the elevator went out. The sign on the elevator said if you need help getting luggage down, to call front desk, we did, we were informed they didn't have anyone to help. Its a very clean, very comfortable place to stay other than that
